Low Carb Pasta-bilities!

Have you been dreaming of pasta since adopting the low carb lifestyle? Well, your dreams are about to come true! It's easy to make pasta at home with LC-Pasta Flour!
LC-Pasta Flour is available in 4 sizes: 1/2 pound, 1 pound, 2 pounds and 10 pound bulk. Only 1 net carb per 1/4 cup serving; plus it's high fiber and high protein! Choose a marinara sauce with no added sugar, or your favorite cream sauce, to top it off. Make stuffed ravioli with veggies or meat. Make beef stroganoff with noodles. Tips and tricks for making Low Carb Pasta:
  • Use a pasta machine to process the dough; it is quicker and easier than rolling out by hand. We like this one.
  • Make a well in the center of the flour and add remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork to combine.
  • Add extra olive oil as needed when kneading into a ball.
  • Separate your ball of pasta dough in half to process quicker.
  • Once your shapes are cut, allow pasta to dry for at least 20 minutes before cooking.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness. Thinner pasta will cook faster. Thicker pasta will take longer.
  • Choose a marinara sauce that has no added sugar. We like this one.
  • LC-Pasta is dense and hearty- similar to whole wheat pasta.
