Hey Sunfoodie!

Today I'm going to talk about a few of our other favorite superfoods, and the easiest, tastiest way to add them into your diet.

Let's start with one you've probably heard of and one you may not have...
Acai + Maqui

Acai is one of the most well known superfoods today. It's incredibly rich in antioxidants, along with healthy omega fatty acids 3, 6 & 9.

Maqui Powder is lesser known but one of our absolute faves. It actually has MORE antioxidants than Acai (and it tastes better, but don't let Acai know that).

The fruity flavor of Maqui makes it the perfect compliment to Acai.
Acai Maqui Antioxidant Blast Bowl: 
Blend 2 Tbsp Acai Powder & 2 Tbsp Maqui Powder with 1 banana, 1/4 cup almond/coconut milk, a handful of ice, and top with your favorite fresh fruit.
Organic Coconut Wraps

The perfect match for anyone looking for a healthy, gluten-free, low-carb alternative to bread & tortillas.

Pure and simple, these wraps are made from three ingredients: coconut meat, coconut water, & coconut oil.
Quick & Easy Veggie Wrap: 
Take 1 Coconut Wrap and fill with mashed avocado, sprouts, diced onions, juicy olives, vine-ripe tomatoes, and your favorite lean protein.
Cacao + Maca

Cacao is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.

It contains a potent mixture of nutrients, antioxidants, and the vitality phytochemicals theobromine & anadamide.

Maca is a powerhouse superfood known to enhance endurance, boost energy, balance hormones & increase libido.
Choco-Maca Super Smoothie: 
Blend 1/4 tsp maca & 1/2 Tbsp cacao powder with a banana, 12oz almond or coconut milk and handful of ice.
Coconut Oil + Yacon Syrup

Coconut oil contains healthy fats that are wonderful for healthy hair, skin, & nails as well as digestive health.

Yacon Syrup is touted as a miracle sweetener that can actually help you lose weight, while it promotes a healthy gut.

Combined they are extremely helpful for digestive health, which is a huge part of your overall immune wellness.
Coconut Chia Breakfast Blast: 
Mix 8oz coconut milk with 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, 1 tsp yacon, and 1/2 C fresh fruit. Refrigerate at least 3 hours & enjoy!
These 4 recipes are my go-to's for an easy meal or snack. Each of these superfoods are staples in my pantry, and make staying healthy and feeling fabulous super easy.

It also makes getting creative in the kitchen a lot more fun!
